Code 8002 (CBRTA Sect. 40(1)(zA)) is an AARTO offence: undertook the carriage of goods by road, by means of a motor vehicle between any point in the territory of one party to any point in the territory of one Party to any point in the territory of another Party / or in transit across the territory of a Party for hire/ or reward/ or in the course of a industry, trade or business, without a permit that authorises the conveyance. It carries no demerit points, though the underlying fine or penalty may still apply.
