Code 6259 (By-laws) is an AARTO infringement: smoked, played smoking; played offensive or excessively loud music; used obscene or offensive language; committed an offensive act; interfered with the comfort of any passenger; damaged anything and interfered with the equipment of the public transport vehicle in any way; forcibly caused the driver to deviate from his route; endangered the life of another person;" and interfered with the actions of the driver. It carries no demerit points, though the underlying fine or penalty may still apply.
