Code 3475 (Reg. 245(B)(1)(a) and (2)(b)) is an AARTO infringement: operated on a public road a rapid transport bus train without facilities and equipment to accept and secure at least two wheelchairs and eight priority seats. A final charge here adds 3 of the 15 points needed for a driving licence suspension (about 20% of the threshold).
